By accessing and using the services provided by Airefresh ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Airefresh provides professional HVAC services including but not limited to:
Service appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to HVAC equipment and work areas. Additional charges may apply if special access equipment is required.
All service prices are estimates based on standard conditions. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions, additional work required, or parts needed.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Emergency services outside normal business hours may be subject to additional charges as disclosed at the time of service request.
We stand behind our workmanship and will address any issues related to our service performance within 30 days of service completion.
Parts and equipment installed by Airefresh are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will assist with warranty claims as needed.
Our warranties do not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
Customers are responsible for:
Airefresh maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees.
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Any property damage caused by our negligence will be addressed through our insurance coverage, subject to policy terms and conditions.
All work performed by Airefresh complies with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. We maintain all required licenses and certifications for HVAC services in Utah.
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or disputes regarding our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Utah.
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share customer information with third parties except as necessary to provide services.
Airefresh reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
